Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is a hidden gem in the rainforest, offering stunning views of the volcano from clean and well-maintained rooms. The experience is enhanced by private outdoor whirlpool tubs, making it a fantastic retreat. However, the location might be a bit out of the way for some travelers.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were perfect for my family, offering both a bathroom and shower with a lovely exposure to the outside and a jacuzzi on the private patio overlooking the Arsenal Volcano. The outdoor tub and shower were such a treat, and the view of the volcano from the private porch was simply breathtaking. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired due to the mediocre coffee.
The hotel offers a secluded retreat with stunning volcano views and a close connection to nature and wildlife. While the outdoor tub and private shower with an open roof provide a unique experience, the lack of screens on the windows restricts fresh air flow. The service is warm and welcoming, although the attempt to mask unpleasant odors with spray was not ideal. The location, while remote, boasts lush surroundings and a regular pool for wildlife sightings. The dining options impress with a variety of complimentary delicious meals. Overall, a great place for a nature-focused getaway.
I couldn't be more pleased with my stay at this hotel. The rooms are incredibly attractive, with Costa Rican decorations, an outdoor shower, a jacuzzi facing the jungle, and even a carved door featuring the volcano. Although some basic facilities were missing like bedside tables and more plug sockets, the rooms were still clean, beautiful, and filled with amenities.
I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, with a fireplace and an open balcony offering a breathtaking view of the volcano. The property boasts two pools, one cold and one warm, and a lovely buffet for breakfast. However, the location, while stunning, is a bit secluded, making transport to tourist attractions costly.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I particularly enjoyed the outdoor 2 person showers with gardens. However, my first room was just a normal one without any special features. The view of the volcano from my room was absolutely stunning.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel nestled in the rainforest with stunning views of the Arenal Volcano. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a romantic package with a spa and dinner right in the room. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially my favorite Ronny, making the experience truly delightful. However, the location was a bit remote, requiring a fair drive from La Fortuna town, but the ambience and views made up for it.
